Relationship with other dogs   With dogs that he knows he is playful and excited. However, he barks at strange dogs. Suitable to live with cats   He chases them. Reason for Owner parting with dog   Change in owners circumstances. Likes Toby is affectionate and loves cuddles. He also enjoys his walks and getting to run about. Dislikes He doesn't really like the hoover.   Further Details Toby is a young boy who needs further training. He is from a farm and has a habit of wanting to chase cars. It would be ideal for him to go into a home where someone is going focus his energy on new things like maybe doing fly ball or agility.    He can also get overly excited when meeting new people and he is sometimes unsure and will bark at strangers. Type of home this dog would suit   Toby will have to go into a home where someone is going to be with him most of the time as he does not like to be left alone. He will also have to go to experience Border Collie owners. Why?   Toby is still  young and eager to learn so in a home with people who are willing to put effort into his training we are sure he will make an excellent pet.
